On September 17, 2025, a graduation ceremony for undergraduate and graduate students was held at the Youth Center of the UIC MUK.
S.B. Karabalaeva, Vice-Rector for Academic and Administrative Work at the CC, addressed the graduates with parting words. She personally presented diplomas with honors to the best students who distinguished themselves in their studies and student life. The remaining graduates received their state-recognized diplomas from their faculty deans.
A particularly touching moment was the graduates’ words of gratitude to the faculty—true professionals, sincerely dedicated to their work and to their students.
