In accordance with the Doctrine of the Kyrgyz Republic “On the development of the national spirit – world heights”, approved by the Decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 369 of December 18, 2024, the Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic organized courses to improve the qualifications of vice-rectors of higher education institutions, which were attended by the Vice-Rector for Academic and Administrative Affairs of the Central Campus, Doctor of Philosophy, Associate Professor S.B. Karabalaeva. The training courses were held at the National Academy of Sciences from January 26 to February 2, 2026. At the end, certificates were awarded to the participants. In order to implement and further promote this Decree, it is planned to hold scientific and practical conferences, seminars and events at our university.
